(the Company", "the Issuer") headquarteredinWarsawherebyannouncestothepublictheestimated operationalandsalesresultsofAfortiFinanceS.A.,AfortiExchangeS.A., AfortiExchange Romania S.A.,Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer's subsidiariesfor March 2018

1)The estimatedoperational and sales results of AfortiFinanceS.A. for March 2018:

In March2018Aforti Finance S.A. granted 56 loans (increase by 69,70% YoY) with atotal valueofPLN 5 018,89 thousand,which is an increase of 209,52% compared to the same month of 2017. Thevalue of submitted applications amounted to PLN 32 052,64 thousand andthat is a result higher by 177,83% compared to the same period of theprevious year. In March 2018, there were filed 320 loanapplications,anincreaseof 67,54%comparedto the same month of 2017.Cumulatively,after the first three months of 2018, Aforti Finance SA granted 163loans (75,27% more YoY) with total value PLN 14 992,01 thousand and itis an increase by 232,69% compared to 2017. In the first quarter of thisyear, there were filed 890 loan applications with total value PLN92 581,11 thousand. The quantity of the loans rose up by 93,48% andtheir total value by 308,38% in relation to the same period in theprevious year.

2)The estimatedoperational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A. for March 2018:

The currencyexchangeplatform's turnover inMarch 2018 reached 22 410,49 thousand EUR andwashigher by 314,66% compared to the same period of the previous year. Atthe same time, after two months of the current year, the turnoverreached the level of 46 053,42 thousand EUR, an increase of 194,45%year-on-year.

3)The estimatedoperational and sales results of Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. for March2018:

The value of trading on thecurrency exchange platform in Romania in March 2018 amounted to 3 926,39thousand EUR.In the first quarter of this year,Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded 7 200,87 thousand EUR of the totalturnover value.Inconnection with the registration the Company on June 2017, thecomparative data are not available.

4)The estimatedoperational and sales results of Aforti Collections S.A. for March 2018:Nominalvalue of debtcollectioncommissions on March2018reachedPLN5 121,80 thousand. This is an increase of 14,04% YoY.Thenumberofrecoveryordersamountedto70 andwaslower by 98,74%compared to March 2017. The Company did not signe recovery agreement.Cumulatively,at the end of March 2018, the nominal value ofthe debt collection orders amounted to PLN 7 727,83 thousand, which is adecline of 31,27% year-on-year.The number of ordersalso decreased by 92,66% from 12 768 to 937. At the same time, thenumber of debt recovery agreements concluded in the first quarter ofthis year, decreased by 71,43% to 8.

5)The estimatedoperational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. for March 2018:

InMarch2018thevalueofreceivablesfinancedbyAfortiFactorS.A.amountedtoPLN1 397,18thousand.Further,at the end of March 2018 this value reached level of PLN 2 933,03thousand.

Thedatecomparativearenotavailablebecause theCompany had starteditsoperatingactivities fromthethirdquarterofthe previous year.Atablecontainingestimatedadditionaldata,reportedforMarch2018togetherwiththecomparativedata,canbe found in an annex to the current report.
