The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw ("theCompany", "the Issuer") hereby announces, that on 4th April 2018 itpassed resolution no. 01/04/04/2018 of the Management Board regardingmergers of the document "Development strategy for Aforti Holding CapitalGroup for 2018-2020" ("Strategy").The updatedStrategy was based on three mainstays:1.
