Registration of new company in AfortiCapital GroupTheManagement Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw ("the Company","the Issuer") hereby announces, that on 17th April 2018 became awarethat in Romania was registered company named Aforti Finance Romania IFNS.A. based in Bucharest ("Aforti Finance Romania").Themain shareholder oof Aforti Finance Romania is Aforti Finance S.A. basedin Warsaw which holds 99,99% of share capital and shareholder's votes atthe general meeting.At the sametime, Aforti Finance S.A. is the Issuer's subsidiary, that holds 72,07%in share capital and shareholder's votes at the general meeting.Settingup and registration of Aforti Finance Romania is connected withrealization of adopted develpment strategy for 2018-2020, which an oneelement is  the foreign expansion of selected subsidiary of the Issuer.In order to start operating in Romania, the management of Aforti FinanceRomania IFN S.A. will immediately begin to apply for a non-bankfinancial institution license (IFN), which allows to conduct activitiesin the area of non-bank loans to entrepreneurs.
