Monthlyinformation on apartments sales

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. herebyreports monthly information on number of apartments sold and handed overby Echo Investment Group.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded:

- 65 contracts concluded in June 2018, compared to111 contracts in June 2017;

- 210 contracts concluded in Q2 2018, compared to 294contracts in Q2 2017;

- 557 contracts concluded since the beginning of 2018cumulatively, compared to 551 contracts concluded in correspondingperiod of 2017.

Number of units handed over to clients

- 81 apartments handed over in June 2018, compared to43 apartments handed over in in June 2017;

- 104 apartments handed over in Q2 2018, compared to64 apartments handed over in in Q2 2017;

- 174 apartments handed over cumulatively since thebeginning of 2018, compared to 158 apartments handed over incorresponding period of 2017.
