Monthly information onapartments sales

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthlyinformation on number of apartments sold and handed over by EchoInvestment Group.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded

- 55 contracts concluded in July 2018, compared to 88 contracts in July2017;

- 613 contracts concluded since the beginning of 2018 cumulatively,compared to 639 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2017.

Number of units handed over to clients

- 61 apartments handed over in July 2018, compared to 64 apartmentshanded over in in July 2017;

- 235 apartments handed over cumulatively since the beginning of 2018,compared to 222 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2017.
