Rejestracja spółki zależnej Aforti Limited LLC

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości, że w dniu 12 września 2018 r. do Spółki wpłynęły dokumenty wskazujące, że dnia 07 września 2018 r. została zarejestrowana nowa spółka zależna Emitenta: Aforti Limited LCC z siedzibą w Limassol (Cypr) (dalej "Spółka Zależna").

Utworzenie i rejestracja Aforti Limited LLC jest związane z planowaną ekspansją geograficzną Grupy Aforti, na czele której stoi Emitent. Dlatego też w najbliższych tygodniach, Spółka Zależna złoży wniosek o uzyskanie licencji instytucji płatniczej, pozwalającej m.in. na prowadzenie obsługi zleceń płatniczych. O uzyskaniu przez Spółkę Zależną ww. licencji Emitent poinformuje odrębnym komunikatem bieżącym.

Krok ten stanowi realizację strategii rozwoju Grupy Aforti na lata 2018 - 2020, opublikowanej przez Emitenta raportem bieżącym ESPI nr 11/2018 w dniu 05 kwietnia 2018 roku. Jednym z założeń tej strategii jest wejście Grupy Aforti (m.in. za pomocą marki Aforti Exchange) na rynki co najmniej siedmiu krajów europejskich, w tym Czech, Węgier, Albanii i Macedonii. Wprowadzeniu marki Aforti na dany rynek towarzyszyć będą odpowiednio zaplanowane działania komunikacyjno-marketingowe.

Registration of the subsidiary: Aforti Limited LLC

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public that on 12th September 2018, the Company received documents showing that on 7th September 2018, was made a registration of a new subsidiary of the Issuer, named Aforti Limited LCC headquartered in Limassol (Cyprus) (hereinafter: "the Subsidiary Company").

Creating and registration of Aforti Limited LLC is connected with planned geographical expansion of the Aforti Group, led by the Issuer. Therefore, in the coming weeks, the Subsidiary will submit an application for obtaining a license of a payment institution, allowing, including handling payment orders. The Issuer will inform about the above license with a separate current message.

This step is implemeting the development strategy of the Aforti Group fo 2018-2020, published by the Issuer in the current report ESPI No. 11/2018 on April 5, 2018.

One of the objectives of this strategy is the entry of the Aforti Group (including using the Aforti Exchange brand) into the markets of at least seven European countries, including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Albania and Macedonia. Introducing the Aforti brand on the relevant market will be accompanied by appropriately planned communication and marketing activities.
