The estimated operational and sales data of subsidiaries Aforti FinanceS.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., AfortiCollections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. - October 2018

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer")headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimatedoperational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti ExchangeS.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and AfortiFactor S.A. the Issuer's subsidiaries for October 2018

1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A.for October 2018:

In October 2018 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 57 loans (decrease by42.50%) with a total value of PLN 4 861,66 thousand, which is anincrease of 12.15% compared to the same month of 2017.

The value of submitted applications amounted to PLN 37 544,03 thousandand that is a result higher by 76.45% compared to the same period of theprevious year. In October 2018, there were filed 327 loan applications,an increase of 35.68% compared to the same month of 2017.

Cumulatively, after ten months of 2018, Aforti Finance SA granted 494loans (30.34% more YoY) with total value PLN 50 022,69 thousand and itis an increase by 78.81% compared to 2017. In the period from January tothe end of October 2018, there were filed 3263 loan applications withtotal value PLN 411 446,04 thousand. The quantity of the loans rose upby 75,15% and their total value by 185,67% in relation to the sameperiod in the previous year.

2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A.for October 2018:

The currency exchange platform's turnover in October 2018 reached EUR 33213,43 thousand and was higher by 164,49% compared to the same period ofthe previous year. At the same time, after ten months of the currentyear, the turnover reached the level of EUR 206 373,80 thousand, anincrease of 201,19% year-on-year.

3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti ExchangeRomania S.A. for October 2018 :

The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania inOctober 2018 amounted to EUR 12 973.11 thousand. At the end of October2018, Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded EUR 47 459.14 thousand EURof the total turnover value.

In connection with the registration the Company on June 2017, thecomparative data are not available.

4) The total estimated operational and sales data of Aforti Exchange forOctober 2018:

The total value of trading on the currency exchange platforms of AfortiExchange operated in Poland and in Romania in October 2018 amounted toEUR 46 186.54 thousand, which in comparison to the same period in theprevious year means an increase of 276.80%.

At the same time, cumulatively after the ten months of this year thetotal value of turnover reached the level of EUR 253 832.95 thousand andit increased year-on-year by 270,46%

The total comparative data for 2017 include only the result generated byAforti Exchange S.A. due to the fact that Aforti Exchange Romania S.A.was registered in June 2017.

5) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti CollectionsS.A. for October 2018:

Nominal value of debt collection commissions on October 2018 reached PLN1 095.55 thousand. This is a increase of 226.77% YoY. The number ofrecovery orders amounted to 863 and was higher by 50.61% compared toOctober 2017. The company concluded 7 contracts in the indicated month,which is thesame number as in the previous year.Cumulatively, at theend of October 2018, the nominal value of the debt collection ordersamounted to PLN 12 753.43 thousand, which is a decline of 39.45%year-on-year. The number of orders also decreased by 82.51% from 16 767to 2 933. At the same time, the number of debt recovery agreementsconcluded after the ten months of this year, decreased by 49.21% to 64.

6) The estimated operational and sales results of LifeBelt Sp. z o.o.for October 2018:

In October 2018, the nominal value of LifeBelt debt collection ordersamounted to PLN 40 570.94 thousand and their number was equal to 6412.In addition, in October this year the company signed 1 new debtcollection contract.In the period from January to the end of October2018, the nominal value of the debt collection orders in the company'sportfolio reached the level of PLN 358 875.76 thousand. The number ofcollections was 77 107. In the indicated period, 3 new debt collectioncontracts were obtained.

The comparative data for the previous year are not available due to thefact that the company was not part of the Aforti Group.

7) The estimated total operational and sales data of Aforti CollectionsS.A. and LifeBelt sp. o.o. for October 2018:

The total nominal value of the orders of Aforti Collections SA andLifeBelt sp. o.o. in October 2018 amounted to PLN 41 666.49 thousand andwas higher by 12328.02% than in the corresponding period of the previousyear. The total number of debt collection orders was equal to 7275(increase by 1169,63%). In October, both companies concluded a total of8 new debt collection agreements.From the beginning of 2018 to theend of October, the total nominal value of debt collection ordersreached PLN 371 629.20 thousand, which means an increase of 1664.36%year-on-year. At the same time, the total number of collection ordersamounted to 80 040 (increase by 377.37%). In the indicated period, thecompanies concluded a total of 67 debt collection agreements.

8) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. forOctober 2018:

In October 2018 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A.amounted to PLN 3 390.58 thousand. Further, at the end of October 2018this value reached level of PLN 20 476.74 thousand.The datecomparative are not available because the Company had started itsoperating activities from January 2018.
