Monthly information onapartments sales and hand overs
The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthlyinformation on number of apartments sold and handed over by EchoInvestment Group.
Number of units handed over to clients
- 109 apartments handed over in October 2018, compared to 302 apartmentshanded over in October 2017;
- 511 apartments handed over cumulatively since the beginning of 2018,compared to 749 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2017.
Preliminary sales contracts concluded
- 65 contracts concluded in October 2018, compared to 148 contracts inOctober 2017;
- 786 contracts concluded since the beginning of 2018 cumulatively,compared to 1,044 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2017.
