Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) grants its approval toclassify subordinated bonds as Tier II instruments
With regard to the current report no. 50/2018 dated 9 October 2018, theManagement Board of mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw("Bank") informs that on 28 November 2018 r. the Bank received thedecision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) grantingthe KNF's approval to qualify the following proceeds as the Bank's TierII instruments:
1) subordinated bonds of MBKO101028 series in the amount of550,000,000.00 PLN (in words: five hundred fifty million zlotys) and
2) subordinated bonds of MBKO101030 series in the amount of200,000,000.00 PLN (in words: two hundred million zlotys).
