Monthly information onapartments sales and hand overs
The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthlyinformation on number of apartments sold and handed over by EchoInvestment Group.
Number of units handed over to clients
- 254 apartments handed over in December 2018, compared to 98 apartmentshanded over in December 2017;
- 950 apartments handed over in 2018, compared to 1,019 apartmentshanded over in 2017.
Preliminary sales contracts concluded
- 142 contracts concluded in December 2018, compared to 194 contracts inDecember 2017;
- 986 contracts concluded in 2018, compared to 1,427 contracts concludedin 2017.
