Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A. – luty 2019 r.

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A za luty 2019 roku.

1) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance S.A. za luty 2019:

W lutym 2019 r. Aforti Finance S.A. udzieliła 19 pożyczek (mniej o -62,75% rok-do-roku) o łącznej wartości 2 332,46 tys. PLN, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. stanowi obniżkę o 57,54 procent. Wartość złożonych wniosków wyniosła 29 231,32 tys. PLN, jest to wynik niższy o 7,36% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. W lutym 2019 zostało złożonych 198 wniosków o pożyczkę, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. jest wynikiem niższym o 32,42%..

Narastająco, na koniec lutego 2019 roku Aforti Finance S.A. udzielił 39 pożyczek (mniej o 63,55% rok-do-roku) o łącznej wartości 5176,54 tys. PLN i wynik ten stanowi obniżkę o 48,10% wobec 2018 roku.

Od stycznia do końca lutego ubr. złożone zostały 363 wnioski o udzielenie pożyczki na łączną kwotę 48 648,30 tys. PLN. Liczba złożonych wniosków zmniejszyła się o 36,32%, zaś ich łączna wartość o 19,47% w odniesieniu do tożsamego okresu w roku poprzednim.

2) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange S.A. za luty 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w lutym 2019 r. wyniosła 32 172,52 tys. EUR i była wyższa o 188,10% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. Jednocześnie, po dwóch miesiącach 2019 roku wartość obrotu osiągnęła poziom 65 226,29 tys. EUR, notując wzrost o 175,88% rok-do-roku.

3) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. za luty 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w Rumunii w lutym 2019 r. wyniosła 8 968,23 tys. EUR, co stanowi wzrost o 276,97% w odniesieniu do lutego 2018 roku.

W okresie od stycznia do końca lutego 2019 r. Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. zanotowała 21 301,05 tys. EUR łącznej wartości obrotu, co w porównaniu do roku poprzedniego stanowi wzrost o 550,52%.

4) Szacunkowe łączne dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange za luty 2019:

Łączna wartość obrotu na platformach wymiany walut Aforti Exchange prowadzonych w Polsce oraz w Rumunii wyniosła w lutym 2019 r. 41 140,74 tys. euro, co w porównaniu do tego samego okresu w roku poprzednim oznacza wzrost o 203,71%.

Jednocześnie narastająco po dwóch miesiącach br. łączna wartość obrotu osiągnęła poziom 86 527,34 tys. euro i wzrosła ona rok-do-roku o 221,45%.

5) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Collections S.A. za luty 2019:

Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych w lutym 2019 r. wyniosła 43 970,05 tys. PLN. Stanowi to wzrost o 3296,87% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń windykacyjnych wyniosła 8016 i była wyższa o 22802,86% w porównaniu do lutego 2018 r. Spółka we wskazanym miesiącu zawarła 5 umów (wzrost o 400,00% r-d-r).

W ujęciu narastającym, na koniec lutego 2019 r. wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych była równa 76 192,89 tys. zł, co stanowi wzrost o 2823,72% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń również była wyższa o 1343,60% i wyniosła 12 516. Jednocześnie liczba zawartych umów windykacyjnych w okresie od stycznia do końca lutego br. była równa 8 (taka sama jak w roku poprzednim).

6) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Factor S.A. za luty 2019:

W lutym 2019 r. wartość sfinansowanych wierzytelności przez Aforti Factor S.A. wyniosła 3 388,19 tys. PLN i była wyższa o 238,80% niż w roku ubiegłym.

Jednocześnie narastająco, po dwóch miesiącach 2019 r. wartość ta osiągnęła poziom 7 773,75 tys. zł, notując wzrost o 406,15% rok-do-roku.

The estimated operational and sales data of subsidiaries Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. – February 2019

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer'ssubsidiaries for February 2019

1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A. for February 2019:

In February 2019 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 19 loans (decrease by 62,75%) with a total value of PLN 2 332,46 thousand, which is an decrease by 57,54% compared to the same month of 2018.

The value of submitted applications amounted to PLN29 231,32 thousand and that is a result lower by 7,36% compared to the same period of the previous year. In February 2019, there were filed 198 loan applications, to the same month of 2018 that is a lower result by 32,42%.

Cumulatively, in the end of February 2019, Aforti Finance SA granted 39 loans (63,55% less YoY) with total value PLN 5 176,54 thousand and it is a decrease by 48,10% compared to 2018. In the period from January to the end of February 2019, there were filed 363 loan applications with total value PLN 48 648,30 thousand. The quantity of the loans reduced by 36,32% and their total value by 19,47% in relation to the same period in the previous year.

2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A. for February 2019:

The currency exchange platform's turnover in February 2019 reached EUR 32 172,52 thousand and was higher by 188,10% compared to the same period of the previous year. At the same time, after two months of the 2019, the turnover reached the level of EUR 65 226,29 thousand, an increase of 175,88 % year-on-year.

3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. for February 2019 : The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania in February 2019 amounted to EUR 8 968,23 thousand which is an increase of 276,97% in relation to February 2018.

In the period from January to the end of February 2019, Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded EUR 21 301,05 thousand of the total turnover value, which in comparison to the previous year is an increase of 550,52%.

4) The total estimated operational and sales data of Aforti Exchange for February 2019:

The total value of trading on the currency exchange platforms of Aforti Exchange operated in Poland and in Romania in February 2019 amounted to EUR 41 140,74 thousand, which in comparison to the same period in the previous year means an increase of 203,71%.

At the same time, cumulatively after the two months of 2019 the total value of turnover reached the level of EUR 86 527,34 thousand and it increased year-on-year by 221,45%

5) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Collections S.A. for February 2019:

Nominal value of debt collection commissions on February 2019 reached PLN 43 970,05 thousand. This is an increase of 3296,87% YoY. The number of recovery orders amounted to8016 and was higher by 22802,86% compared to February 2018. The company concluded five contracts in the indicated month (increase by 400,00%).

Cumulatively, at the end of February 2019, the nominal value of the debt collection orders amounted to PLN 76192,89 thousand, which is an increase by 2823,72% year-on-year. The number of orders also increased by 1343,60% to 12 516 . At the same time, the number of debt recovery agreements concluded after the two months of 2019 was equal to 8 (the same as in the previous year).

6) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. for February 2019:

In February 2019 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A. amounted to PLN 3 388,19 thousand and was higher by 238.80% than in the previous year. Further, after two months current year, this value reached level of PLN 7 773,75 thousand, recording an increase of 406.15% year-on-year.
