Małgorzata Turek

Małgorzata Turek has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry while working for both investment and development companies as well as international law firms. She is a specialist in the field of asset management as well as real estate purchase and sale transactions.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

2017 – 2019 Globalworth Poland Real Estate Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for strategic planning, business development, day-to-day operations and managing relationships with investors and regional market. Co-creating and leading a team of over 70 professionals. Direct involved in selection of assets, analyzing profitability of potential investments as well as involvement in acquisition processes and asset management of the commercial portfolio.

2012 – 2017 Skanska Property Poland Chief Operating Officer

Member of the management board responsible for the company's transactions and operations in Poland. Leading a team of experienced professionals. Responsible for acquisitions of land and disposals of developed projects. Executed number of sale transactions, including portfolio disposals to a variety of real estate investors.

In previous years gained profound experience working as a transaction lawyer for international law firm Linklaters as well as by involvement in number of private real estate development projects including offices, hotels and residential in Kraków and Warsaw.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduated from the Law and Administration Department at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

Member of the Bar Association in Poland.
