Review of potential strategicoptions

The Management Board of EchoInvestment S.A. (the "Company") wishes to announce that on14 March 2019, it was notified by its majority direct and indirectshareholder, Lisala sp. z o.o. ("Lisala") and Echo PartnersB.V. ("Echo Partners") that Lisala and Echo Partners havedecided to undertake a review of the potential strategic options inrelation to their investment in the Company and the further developmentof the Company's business. It cannot be excluded that as part of theprocess, to the extent permitted under applicable provisions of law,additional information on the Company and its capital group will bedisclosed to selected entities.

The review of strategic optionsmay result in taking and implementing various types of actions andtransactions, including those of a corporate nature. However, it mayalso be decided that no such action or transaction will be taken orimplemented.

This report was issued inaccordance with Article 17 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 ofthe European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
