Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A. - kwiecień 2019 r.

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A za kwiecień 2019 roku.

1) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance S.A. za kwiecień 2019: W kwietniu 2019 r. Aforti Finance S.A. udzieliła 16 pożyczek (spadek o 71,93% rok-do-roku) o łącznej wartości 2127,00 tys. PLN, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. stanowi obniżkę o 71,75 procent. Wartość złożonych wniosków wyniosła 21 629,12 tys. PLN, jest to wynik niższy o 60,69% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. W kwietniu 2019 zostało złożonych 121 wniosków o pożyczkę, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. jest oznacza zmniejszenie o 66,11%.

Narastająco, po czterech miesiącach br. Aforti Finance S.A. udzielił 69 pożyczek (mniej o 68,64% rokdo-roku) o łącznej wartości 9 315,13 tys. PLN i wynik ten stanowi spadek o 58,64% wobec 2018 roku. Od stycznia do końca kwietnia br. złożone zostały 603 wnioski o udzielenie pożyczki na łączną kwotę 86 848,10 tys. PLN. Liczba złożonych wniosków została obniżona o 51,64%, zaś ich łączna wartość o 41,12% w odniesieniu do tożsamego okresu w roku poprzednim.

2) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. za kwiecień 2019: W kwietniu 2019 r. spółka Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. – podmiot działający na terenie Rumunii – przyjęła pierwsze wnioski przedsiebiorców o udzielenie pożyczek pozabankowych. W minionym miesiacu rumuńscy przedsiębiorcy złożyli łącznie 3 wnioski o łącznej wartości 813,20 tys. RON¹.

W dniu 31.10.2018 r. Spółka uzyskała licencję niebankowej instytucji finansowej (IFN) pozwalającą na rozpoczecie działalności operacyjnej.

3) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange S.A. za kwiecień 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w kwietniu 2019 r. wyniosła 39 019,48 tys. EUR i była wyższa o 108,66% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. Jednocześnie, po czterech miesiącach 2019 roku wartość obrotu osiągnęła poziom 138 251,13 tys. EUR, notując wzrost o 113,30% rok-do-roku.

4) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. za kwiecień 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w Rumunii w kwietniu 2019 r. wyniosła 10 986,52 tys. EUR, co stanowi wzrost o 273,44% w odniesieniu do kwietnia 2018 roku.

W okresie od stycznia do końca kwietnia 2019 r. Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. zanotowała 41 780,51 tys. EUR łącznej wartości obrotu, co w porównaniu do roku poprzedniego stanowi wzrost o 311,46%.

5) Szacunkowe łączne dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange za kwiecień 2019: Łączna wartość obrotu na platformach wymiany walut Aforti Exchange prowadzonych w Polsce oraz w Rumunii wyniosła w kwietniu 2019 r. 50 006,00 tys. euro, co w porównaniu do tego samego okresu w roku poprzednim oznacza wzrost o 131,06%.

Jednocześnie, narastająco po czterech miesiącach ubr. łączna wartość obrotu osiągnęła poziom 180 031,64 tys. euro i wzrosła ona rok-do-roku o 140,14%.

6) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Collections S.A. za kwiecień 2019: Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych w kwietniu 2019 r. wyniosła 36 250,46 tys. PLN. Stanowi to wzrost o 46854,82% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń windykacyjnych wyniosła 8909 i była wyższa o 445350,00% w porównaniu do kwietnia 2018 r. Spółka we wskazanym miesiącu zawarła siedem umów, czyli o 250,00% więcej niż w roku poprzednim.

W ujęciu narastającym, na koniec kwietnia 2019 r. wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych była równa 141 481,77 tys. zł, co stanowi wzrost o 1712,70% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń również wzrosła o 2731,63% do 26 589. Jednocześnie liczba zawartych umów windykacyjnych w okresie od stycznia do końca kwietnia br. zwiększyła się o 140,00% do 24.

7) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Factor S.A. za kwiecień 2019: W kwietniu 2019 r. wartość sfinansowanych wierzytelności przez Aforti Factor S.A. wyniosła 1 710,71 tys. PLN i była wyższa o 9,81% niż przed rokiem.

Narastająco po czterech miesiącach 2019 r. wartość ta osiągnęła poziom 12 025,90 tys. zł, co oznacza wzrost o 167,79% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu w roku poprzednim.

The estimated operational and sales data of subsidiaries Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. - April 2019

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer's subsidiaries for April 2019

1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A. for April 2019:

In April 2019 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 16 loans (decrease by 71.93%) with a total value of PLN 2 127,00 thousand, which is a decrease of 71.75% compared to the same month of 2018.

The value of submitted applications amounted to PLN 21 629,12 thousand and that is a result lower by 60.69% compared to the same period of the previous year. In April 2019, there were filed 121 loan applications, what in relation to the same month of 2018 is a reduction of 66.11%.

Cumulatively, after four months of 2019, Aforti Finance SA granted 69 Ioans (68.64% less YoY) with total value PLN 9 315,13 thousand and it is a decrease by 58.64% compared to 2018. In the period from January to the end of April 2019, there were filed 603 loan applications with total value PLN 86 848,10 thousand. The number of submitted applications was reduced by 51.64%, and their total value by 41.12% in relation to the same period in the previous year.

2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. for April 2019: In April 2019, Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. - an entity operating in Romania - accepted the first entrepreneurs' applications for non-banking loans. Last month, Romanian entrepreneurs submitted 3 applications with a total value of RON² 813,20 thousand.

On 31/10/2018, the Company obtained a license of a non-banking financial institution (IFN) allowing it to start operating activities.

3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A. for April 2019: The currency exchange platform's turnover in April 2019 reached EUR 39 019,48 thousand and was higher by 108.66% compared to the same period of the previous year.

At the same time, after four months of the 2019, the turnover reached the level of EUR 138 251,13 thousand, an increase of 113.30% year-on-year.

4) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. for April 2019: The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania in April 2019 amounted to EUR 10 986,52 thousand which is an increase of 273.44% in relation to April 2018.

In the period from January to the end of April 2019, Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded EUR 41 780,51 thousand of the total turnover value, which in comparison to the previous year is an increase of 311.46%.

5) The total estimated operational and sales data of Aforti Exchange for April 2019:

The total value of trading on the currency exchange platforms of Aforti Exchange operated in Poland and in Romania in April 2019 amounted to EUR 50 006,00 thousand, which in comparison to the same period in the previous year means an increase of 131.06%.

At the same time, cumulatively after the four months of 2019 the total value of turnover reached the level of EUR 180 031,64 thousand and it increased year-on-year by 140.14%

6) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Collections S.A. for April 2019:

Nominal value of debt collection commissions on April 2019 reached PLN 36 250,46 thousand. This is an increase by 46854.82% YoY. The number of recovery orders amounted to 8909 and was higher by 445350.00% compared to April 2018. The company concluded seven contracts in the indicated month (more by 250.00%).

Cumulatively, after four months of 2019, the nominal value of the debt collection orders amounted to PLN 141 481,77 thousand, which is an increase by 1712.70% year-on-year. The number of orders also increased by 2731.63% to 26 589. At the same time, the number of debt recovery agreements concluded after the four months of 2019, increased by 140.00% to 24.

7) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. for April 2019:

In April 2019 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A. amounted to PLN 1 710,71 thousand and was higher by 9.81% than in the previous year.

Further, after four months current year, this value reached level of PLN 12025,90 thousand, recording an increase of 167.79% year-on-year.
