The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthlyinformation on number of apartments handed over and sold by EchoInvestment Group.
Number of units handed over to clients
- 32 apartments handed over inMay2019,compared to 9 apartments handed over in May 2018;
- 62 apartments handed over in 2019 so far, compared to 95 apartmentshanded over in corresponding period of 2018.
Preliminary sales contracts concluded
- 73 contracts concluded in May 2019, compared to 65 contracts concludedin May 2018;
- 520 contracts concluded in 2019 so far, compared to 490 contractsconcluded in corresponding period of 2018.
