Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A. - czerwiec 2019 r.

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A za czerwiec 2019 roku.

1) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance S.A. za czerwiec 2019: W czerwcu 2019 r. Aforti Finance S.A. udzieliła 12 pożyczek (spadek o 65,71% rok-do-roku) o łącznej wartości 2 387,45 tys. PLN, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. stanowi obniżkę o 31,26 procent. Wartość złożonych wniosła 11 562,32 tys. PLN, jest to wynik niższy o 76,28% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. W czerwcu 2019 zostało złożonych 66 wniosków o pożyczkę, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. jest oznacza zmniejszenie o 83,50%.

Narastająco, po sześciu miesiącach br. Aforti Finance S.A. udzielił 96 pożyczek (mniej o 68,83% rok-do-roku) o łącznej wartości 13 907,21 tys. PLN i wynik ten stanowi spadek o 57,44% wobec 2018 roku. Od stycznia do końca czerwca br. złożonych zostało 828 wniosków o udzielenie pożyczki na łączną kwotę 127 246,31 tys. PLN. Liczba złożonych wniosków została obniżona o 57,97%, zaś ich łączna wartość o 47,86% w odniesieniu do tożsamego okresu w roku poprzednim.

2) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. za czerwiec 2019: W czerwcu 2019 r. spółka Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. – podmiot działający na terenie Rumunii – udzieliła pierwsze 4 pożyczki dla przedsiębiorców. Łączna ich wartość wyniosła 476,75 tys. RON¹.

Ponadto, rumuńscy przedsiębiorcy złożyli w minionym miesiącu 7 wniosków na łączną kwotę 1 474,46 tys. RON.

Jednocześnie, na koniec I półrocza br. Spółka przyjęła 14 wniosków pożyczkowych o całkowitej wartości 2 928,51 tys. RON.

Zyskaj na przyszłość.

W dniu 31.10.2018 r. Spółka uzyskała licencję niebankowej instytucji finansowej (IFN) pozwalającą na rozpoczęcie działalności operacyjnej.

3) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange S.A. za czerwiec 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w czerwcu 2019 r. wyniosła 35 164,96 tys. EUR i była wyższa o 62,38% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. Jednocześnie, po sześciu miesiącach 2019 roku wartość obrotu osiągneła poziom 213 795,31 tys. EUR, notując wzrost o 90,70% rok-do-roku.

4) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. za czerwiec 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w Rumunii w czerwcu 2019 r. wyniosła 9 009,66 tys. EUR, co stanowi wzrost o 125,65% w odniesieniu do czerwca 2018 roku.

W I połowie 2019 r. Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. zanotowała 62 689,13 tys. EUR łącznej wartości obrotu, co w porównaniu do roku poprzedniego stanowi wzrost o 217,79%.

5) Szacunkowe łączne dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange za czerwiec 2019: łączna wartość obrotu na platformach wymiany walut Aforti Exchange prowadzonych w Polsce oraz w Rumunii wyniosła w czerwcu 2019 r. 44 174,62 tys. euro, co w porównaniu do tego samego okresu w roku poprzednim oznacza wzrost o 72,23%.

Jednocześnie narastająco po sześciu miesiącach br. łączna wartość obrotu osiągneja poziom 276 484,44 tys. euro i wzrosła ona rok-do-roku o 109,72%.

6) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Collections S.A. za czerwiec 2019:

Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych w czerwcu 2019 r. wyniosła 50 782,49 tys. PLN. Stanowi to wzrost o 4739,39% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń windykacyjnych wyniosła 5144 i była wyższa o 1468,29% w porównaniu do czerwca 2018 r. Spółka we wskazanym miesiącu zawarła sześć umów, czyli o 73,91% mniej niż w roku poprzednim.

W ujęciu narastającym, na koniec czerwca 2019 r. wartość nominalna złeceń windykacyjnych była równa 240 528,03 tys. zł, co stanowi wzrost o 2387,15% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń również wzrosła o 3038,16% do 42 271. Jednocześnie liczba zawartych umów windykacyjnych w okresie od stycznia do końca czerwca br. wyniosła 33 i była niższa o 21,43% niż przed rokiem.

7) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Factor S.A. za czerwiec 2019: W czerwcu 2019 r. wartość sfinansowanych wierzytelności przez Aforti Factor S.A. wyniosła 4 519,46 tys. PLN i była wyższa o 82,52% niż przed rokiem.

Narastająco po sześciu miesiącach 2019 r. wartość ta osiągnęła poziom 20 886,53 tys. zł, co oznacza wzrost o 138,45% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu w roku poprzednim.

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer's subsidiaries for June 2019

1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A. for June 2019:

In June 2019 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 12 loans (decrease by 65.71%) with a total value of PLN 2 387,45 thousand, which is a decrease of 31.26% compared to the same month of 2018.

The value of submitted applications amounted to PLN 11562,32 thousand and that is a result lower by 76.28% compared to the same period of the previous year. In June 2019, there were filed 66 loan applications, what in relation to the same month of 2018 is a reduction of 83.50%.

Cumulatively, after six months of 2019, Aforti Finance SA granted 96 loans (68.83% less YoY) with total value PLN 13 907,21 thousand and it is a decrease by 57.44% compared to 2018. In the period from January to the end of June 2019, there were filed 828 loan applications with total value PLN 127 246,31 thousand. The number of submitted applications was reduced by 57.97%, and their total value by 47.86% in relation to the same period in the previous year.

2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. for June 2019:

In June 2019, Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. - an entity operating in Romania - has granted the first four loans to entrepreneurs. Their total value amounted to RON? 476,75 thousand. In addition, Romanian entrepreneurs submitted 7 applications last month for a total amount of RON 1 474,46 thousand. At the same time, at the end of the first half of this year the Company accepted 14 loan applications with a total value of RON 2 928,51 thousand.

On 31/10/2018, the Company obtained a license of a non-banking financial institution (IFN) allowing it to start operating activities.

3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A. for June 2019:

The currency exchange platform's turnover in June 2019 reached EUR 35 164,96 thousand and was higher by 62.38% compared to the same period of the previous year.

At the same time, after six months of the 2019, the turnover reached the level of EUR 213 795,31 thousand, an increase of 90.70% year-on-year.

4) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. for June 2019 :

The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania in June 2019 amounted to EUR 9 009,66 thousand which is an increase of 125.65% in relation to June 2018.

In the period from January to the end of June 2019, Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded EUR 62 689,13 thousand of the total turnover value, which in comparison to the previous year is an increase of 217.79%.

5) The total estimated operational and sales data of Aforti Exchange for June 2019:

The total value of trading on the currency exchange platforms of Aforti Exchange operated in Poland and in Romania in June 2019 amounted to EUR 44 174,62 thousand, which in comparison to the same period in the previous year means an increase of 72.23%.

At the same time, cumulatively after first half of 2019 the total value of turnover reached the level of EUR 276 484,44 thousand and it increased year-on-year by 109.72%

6) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Collections S.A. for June 2019: Nominal value of debt collection commissions on June 2019 reached PLN 50 782,49 thousand. This is an increase by 4739.39% YoY. The number of recovery orders amounted to 5144 and was higher by 1468.29% compared to June 2018. The company concluded six contracts in the indicated month (low by 73.91%).

Cumulatively, after six months of 2019, the nominal value of the debt collection orders amounted to PLN 240 528,03 thousand, which is an increase by 2387.15% year-on-year. The number of orders also increased by 3038.16% to 42 271. At the same time, the number of debt recovery agreements concluded after the six months of 2019,decreased by 21.43% to 33.

7) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. for June 2019:

In June 2019 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A. amounted to PLN 4 519,46 thousand and was higher 82.52% than in the previous year.

Further, after six months current year, this value reached level of PLN 20 886,53 thousand, recording an increase of 138.45% year-on-year.
