Monthly information onapartments sales and hand overs
The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthlyinformation on number of apartments sold and handed over by EchoInvestment Group.
Preliminary sales contracts concluded
- 121 contracts concluded in June 2019, compared to 63 contractsconcluded in June 2018;
- 290 contracts concluded in Q2 2019, compared to 209 contractsconcluded in Q2 2018;
- 641 contracts concluded in 2019 so far, compared to 553 contractsconcluded in corresponding period of 2018.
Number of units handed over to clients
- 15 apartments handed over in June 2019, compared to 82 apartmentshanded over in June 2018;
- 54 apartments handed over in Q2 2019, compared to 106 apartmentshanded over in Q2 2018;
- 77 apartments handed over in 2019 so far, compared to 177 apartmentshanded over in corresponding period of 2018.
