Realproperty purchase agreement

TheManagement Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter as theIssueror theCompany) hereby informs that on 14 August 2019 the Companyand MBP 1 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registeredoffice in Warsaw and MBP 2 with its registered office in Warsaw, bothcompanies of Immofinanz group (hereinafter as theSeller),entered into the preliminary agreements for the purchase of the right ofperpetual usufruct to the land and the right of ownership of thebuildings being property separate from the above mentioned land, locatedin Warsaw at Domaniewska, Wołoska and Postępu Streets (hereinafter theRealProperties). The total area of the land purchased under the abovementioned agreements is approximately 50,000 square metres. The totalnet price for the Real Properties shall be at least PLN 208,000,000. Thefinal agreements shall be executed not later than in 2020 and 2021, uponthe satisfaction of the conditions precedent set out in the preliminaryagreements. The agreements were classified as material based on thecriterion of the Issuer's equity.
