The estimated operational and sales data ofsubsidiaries Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A.,Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti CollectionsS.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. - October 2019

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "theIssuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public theestimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., AfortiFinance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange RomaniaS.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer'ssubsidiaries for October 2019

1) The estimated operational and sales results ofAforti Finance S.A. for October 2019:InOctober 2019 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 16 loans (decrease by 71,93%)with a total value of PLN 1 812,95 thousand, which is a decrease of62,71% compared to the same month of 2018. The value of submittedapplications amounted to PLN 13 355,31 thousand and that is a resultlower by 64,43% compared to the same period of the previous year. InOctober 2019, there were filed 111 loan applications, what in relationto the same month of 2018 is a reduction of 66,06%.

Cumulatively, after ten months of 2019, AfortiFinance SA granted 141 loans (71,46% less YoY) with total value PLN 20846,49 thousand and it is a decrease by 58,33% compared to 2018. In theperiod from January to the end of October 2019, there were filed 1 194loan applications with total value PLN 185 477,06 thousand. The numberof submitted applications was reduced by 63,41%, and their total valueby 54,92% in relation to the same period in the previous year.

2) The estimated operational and sales results ofAforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. for October 2019:In October 2019, AfortiFinance Romania IFN S.A. - an entity operating in Romania - has granted3 loans to entrepreneurs. Its total value amounted to RON 434,99thousand. In addition, Romanian entrepreneurs submitted 5 applicationslast month for a total amount of RON 1 076,99 thousand.

At the same time, after ten months of this year theCompany accepted 68 loan applications with a total value of RON 12333,98 thousand. In this time were granted 14 loans with total value ofRON 1 466,33 thousand.

On 31/10/2018, the Company obtained a license of anon-banking financial institution (IFN) allowing it to start operatingactivities.

3) The estimated operational and sales results ofAforti Exchange S.A. for October 2019:Thecurrency exchange platform's turnover in October 2019 reached EUR 36091,96 thousand and was higher by 8,66% compared to the same period ofthe previous year.

At the same time, after ten months of the 2019, theturnover reached the level of EUR 366 496,48 thousand, an increase of77,59% year-on-year.

4) The estimated operational and sales results ofAforti Exchange Romania S.A. for October 2019 : The value of trading onthe currency exchange platform in Romania in October 2019 amounted toEUR 20 180,47 thousand which is an increase of 55,56% in relation toOctober 2018.

In the period from January to the end of October2019, Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded EUR 138 764,67 thousand ofthe total turnover value, which in comparison to the previous year is anincrease of 192,39%.

5) The total estimated operational and sales data ofAforti Exchange for October 2019:The totalvalue of trading on the currency exchange platforms of Aforti Exchangeoperated in Poland and in Romania in October 2019 amounted to EUR 56272,43 thousand, which in comparison to the same period in the previousyear means an increase of 21,83%.

At the same time, cumulatively after ten months of2019 the total value of turnover reached the level of EUR 253 835,26thousand and it increased year-on-year by 99,05%

6) The estimated operational and sales results ofAforti Collections S.A. for October 2019:Nominalvalue of debt collection commissions on October 2019 reached PLN 13434,02 thousand. This is an increase by 1126,27% YoY. The number ofrecovery orders amounted to 5 396 and was higher by 525,26% compared toOctober 2018. The company concluded one contract in the indicated month(lower by 85,71%).

Cumulatively, after ten months of 2019, the nominalvalue of the debt collection orders amounted to PLN 334 454,67 thousand,which is an increase by 2522,47% year-on-year. The number of orders alsoincreased by 2344,63% to 71 701. At the same time, the number of debtrecovery agreements concluded after the ten months of 2019, decreased by26,56% to 47.

7) The estimated operational and sales results ofAforti Factor S.A. for October 2019:InOctober 2019 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A.amounted to PLN 2 770,39 thousand and was lower by 18,29% than in theprevious year.

Further, after ten months current year, this valuereached level of PLN 36 335,82 thousand, recording an increase of 77,45%year-on-year.
