Resigning from publication of financial resultsforecasts for 2020 yearThe ManagementBoard of Aforti Holding SA with its registered office in Warsaw(hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer") hereby announces, that it hasdecided not to publish the forecasts of financial results of the Companyfor the year 2020 nor for any of its periods.In the opinion ofthe Management Board of the Company, the dynamically growing scale ofthe Issuer's activity and external factors related to its marketenvironment limit the ability to precisely determine the forecast of theIssuer's financial result.
