Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A. – grudzień 2019 r.

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A za grudzień 2019 roku.

1) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance S.A. za grudzień 2019: W grudniu 2019 r. Aforti Finance S.A. udzieliła 15 pożyczek (spadek o 68,75% rok-do-roku) o łącznej wartości 1 325,81 tys. PLN, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca w 2018 r. stanowi obniżkę o 70,65 procent. Wartość złożonych wniosła 4 446,40 tys. PLN, jest to wynik niższy o 84,53% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. W grudniu 2019 złożono 64 wnioski o pożyczkę, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. oznacza zmniejszenie o 70,37%.

Narastająco, po dwunastu miesiącach 2019 r. Aforti Finance S.A. udzielił 176 pożyczek (mniej o 70,02% rokdo-roku) o łącznej wartości 23 672,56 tys. PLN i wynik ten stanowi spadek o 60,01% wobec 2018 roku. Od stycznia do końca grudnia 2019 r. złożono 1 341 wniosków o udzielenie pożyczki na łączną kwotę 195 719,08 tys. PLN. Liczba złożonych wniosków została obniżona o 64,90%, zaś ich łączna wartość o 59,20% w odniesieniu do tożsamego okresu w roku poprzednim.

2) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. za grudzień 2019: W grudniu 2019 r. spółka Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. – podmiot działający na terenie Rumunii – udzieliła 2 pożyczek dla przedsiębiorców o wartości łącznej 33,84 tys. RON'. Jednocześnie w tym okresie, rumuńscy przedsiębiorcy złożyli 4 wnioski na łączną kwotę 1 198,50 tys. RON.

Jednocześnie, na koniec 2019 roku Spółka przyjęła 79 wniosków pożyczkowych o całkowitej wartości 15 094,88 tys. RON. Udzielono w tym okresie 13 pożyczek o łącznej wartości 1 462,43 tys. RON.

W dniu 31.12.2018 r. Spółka uzyskała licencję niebankowej instytucji finansowej (IFN) pozwalającą na rozpoczęcie działalności operacyjnej.

3) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange S.A. za grudzień 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w grudniu 2019 r. wyniosła 24 242,21 tys. EUR i była niższa o 28,72% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. Jednocześnie, po dwunastu miesiącach 2019 roku wartość obrotu osiągneła poziom 421 157,38 tys. EUR, notując wzrost o 56,01% rok-do-roku.

4) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. za grudzień 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w Rumunii w grudniu 2019 r. wyniosła 6 672,96 tys. EUR, co

stanowi obniżkę o 33,36% w odniesieniu do grudnia 2018 roku.

W okresie dwunastu miesięcy 2019 r. Aforti Exchange Romania 67 813,05 tys. EUR łącznej wartości obrotu, co w porównaniu do roku poprzedniego stanowi wzrost o 134,99%.

5) Szacunkowe łączne dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange za grudzień 2019:

Łączna wartość obrotu na platformach wymiany walut Aforti Exchange prowadzonych w Polsce oraz w Rumunii wyniosła w grudniu 2019 r. 30 915,17 tys. euro, co w porównaniu do tego samego okresu w roku poprzednim oznacza obniżkę o 29,78%.

Jednocześnie narastająco po dwunastu miesiącach br. łączna wartość obrotu osiągnęła poziom 580 511,25 tys. euro i wzrosła ona rok-do-roku o 71,87%.

6) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Collections S.A. za grudzień 2019:

Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych w grudniu 2019 r. wyniosła 34 252,89 tys. PLN. Stanowi to wzrost o 76391,49% rok-do-roku. Liczba złeceń windykacyjnych wyniosła 5 605 i była wyższa o 11577,08% w porównaniu do grudnia 2018 r.

W ujęciu narastającym, na koniec grudnia 2019 r. wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych była równa 452 061,86 tys. zł, co stanowi wzrost o 2632,54% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń również wzrosła o 1698,65% do 82 900. Jednocześnie liczba zawartych umów windykacyjnych w okresie od stycznia do końca grudnia ubr. wyniosła 51 i była niższa o 27,14% niż przed rokiem.

7) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Factor S.A. za grudzień 2019:

W grudniu 2019 r. wartość sfinansowanych wierzytelności przez Aforti Factor S.A. wyniosła 2 016,00 tys. PLN i była niższa o 5,75% niż przed rokiem.

Narastająco po dwunastu miesiącach 2019 r. wartość ta osiągnęła poziom 40 729,52 tys. zł, co oznacza wzrost o 49,27% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu w roku poprzednim.

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer's subsidiaries for December 2019

1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A. for December 2019: In December 2019 Aforti Finance S.A. granted15 loans (decrease by 68,75%) with a total value of PLN 1 325,81 thousand, which is a decrease of 70,65% compared to the same month of 2018. The value of submitted applications amounted to PLN 4 446,40 thousand and that is a result lower by 84,53% compared to the same period of the previous year. In December 2019, there were filed 64 loan applications, what in relation to the same month of 2018 is a reduction of 70,37%.

Cumulatively, after twelve months of 2019, Aforti Finance SA granted 176 loans (70,02% less YoY) with total value PLN 23 672,56 thousand and it is a decrease by 60,01% compared to 2018. In the period from January to the end of December 2019, there were filed 1 341 loan applications with total value PLN 195 719,08 thousand. The number of submitted applications was reduced by 64,90%, and their total value by 59,20% in relation to the same period in the previous year.

2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. for December 2019:

In December 2019, Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. - an entity operating in Romania – has granted 2 loans to entrepreneurs with the total value of RON 333,84 thousand. At the same time, Romanian entrepreneurs submitted 4 applications last month for a total amount of RON2 1 198,50 thousand. After twelve months of 2019 year the Company accepted 79 loan applications with a total value of RON

On 31/10/2018, the Company obtained a license of a non-banking financial institution (IFN) allowing it to start operating activities.

3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A. for December 2019:

15 094,88 thousand. In this time were granted 13 loans with total value of RON 1 462,43 thousand.

The currency exchange platform's turnover in December 2019 reached EUR 24 242,21 thousand and was lower by 28,72% compared to the same period of the previous year.

At the same time, after twelve months of the 2019, the turnover reached the level of EUR 421 157,38 thousand, an increase of 56,01% year-on-year.

4) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. for December 2019 : The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania in December 2019 amounted to EUR 6 672,96 thousand which is a decrease of 33,36% in relation to December 2018.

In the period from January to the end of December 2019, Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded EUR 159 353,87 thousand of the total turnover value, which in comparison to the previous year is an increase of 134,99%.

5) The total estimated operational and sales data of Aforti Exchange for December 2019:

The total value of trading on the currency exchange platforms of Aforti Exchange operated in Poland and in Romania in December 2019 amounted to EUR 30 915,17 thousand, which in comparison to the same period in the previous year means a decrease of 29,78%.

At the same time, cumulatively after twelve months of 2019 the total value of turnover reached the level of EUR 580 511,25 thousand and it increased year-on-year by 71,87%

6) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Collections S.A. for December 2019:

Nominal value of debt collection commissions on December 2019 reached PLN 34 252,89 thousand. This is an increase by 76391,49% YoY. The number of recovery orders amounted to 5 605 and was higher by 11577,08% compared to December 2018.

Cumulatively, after twelve months of 2019, the nominal value of the debt collection orders amounted to PLN 452 061,86 thousand, which is an increase by 2632,54% year-on-year. The number of orders also increased by 1698,65% to 82 900. At the same time, the number of debt recovery agreements concluded after the twelve months of 2019, decreased by 27,14% to 51.

7) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. for December 2019:

In December 2019 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A. amounted to PLN 2 016,00 thousand and was lower by 5,75% than in the previous year.

Further, after twelve months of 2019, this value reached level of PLN 40729,52 thousand, recording an increase of 49,27% year-on-year.
