The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "theIssuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public that onJanuary 27, 2020 received a notification from Mr. Klaudiusz Sytekregarding a change in the share capital and the percentage number ofvotes at the Issuer's General Meeting in connection with theregistration of the increase in the Company's share capital by theDistrict Court for the Capital City Warsaw in Warsaw, XII CommercialDepartment of the National Court Register.
