Sending an application to debut the Company's financial instruments totrading on the NewConnect market

The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw ("theCompany", "the Issuer") hereby announces that on March 27, 2020, to theWarsaw Stock Exchange S.A. was sent via parcel post an application withthe required attachments to debut to the alternative trading system onthe NewConnect market 1,240,599 (one million two hundred forty thousandfive hundred ninety nine) series I shares of the Company with a nominalvalue of PLN 1.00 each share.
