Preliminary sales contracts concluded

- 84 contracts concluded in March 2020, compared to106 contracts concluded in March 2019;

- 399 contracts concluded in Q1 2020, compared to 352contracts concluded in Q1 2019.

Number of units handed over to clients

- 108 apartments handed over in March 2020, comparedto 9 apartments handed over in March 2019;

- 190 apartments handed over in Q1 2020, compared to23 apartments handed over in Q1 2019.
