Conclusion of a significant agreement by the subsidiary AfortiCollections S.A.

The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw (hereinafter: the "Company", "Issuer") includes, it should becited that on April 15, 2020 its subsidiary: Aforti Collections SA withits registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: "Aforti Collections"),concluded significant agreement servicing of loan paying portfolios aswell as servicing and debt collection of delayed loans (hereinafter: the"Agreement") with the unit dealing with non-bank loans for individualclients. Under the concluded contract, Aforti Collections will handle aloan portfolio covering over 7,500 cases with a current balance of overPLN 30 million.

Under the contracts, Aforti Collections will be required to providecomprehensive operational and administrative support for the loanportfolio as well as to collect overdue loans. Commission fees will beprovided for the services provided by Aforti Collections.
