Korporacja Gospodarcza 'Efekt' S.A. with itsregistered office in Kraków (hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer)hereby announces , pursuant to Article 70 point 1 of the Act on publicoffering and conditions for introducing financial instruments toorganized trading, and on public companies, it informs that on May 13,2020 it received from the shareholder of Inwest sp. z o.o. based inKraków a notification, forwarded pursuant to Article 69 para. 1 point 1,on increasing the participation of the Notifier above 25% in the totalnumber of votes in the Company.
