Conditional registration of series EE ordinary bearershares of Korporacja Gospodarcza 'Efekt' S.A by KDPW

The Management Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza'Efekt' S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (hereinafter: theCompany, the Issuer) acting pursuant to art. 17 clause 1 point 1) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information published by issuers of securities and conditionsfor recognizing as equivalent information requiring the provisions ofthe law of a non-member state, informs that on 9 June 2020 he wasnotified of statement of the National Depository for Securities(hereinafter referred to as "KDPW") No. 476/2020 of 8 June 2020,pursuant to which KDPW decided to register 3,330,300 ordinary bearershares of the Issuer's EE series with the nominal value of PLN 1.00each, and give them the code PLEFEKT00018, subject to the decision ofthe company operating the regulated market to introduce these shares totrading on the same regulated market on which other Company sharesmarked with the code PLEFEKT00018 were introduced.

The Management Board of KDPW indicated that theregistration of the above shares will take place within three days ofreceipt by the NDS of documents confirming the introduction of theseshares to trading on a regulated market, but not earlier than on the dayindicated in the decision as the day of introducing these shares totrading on this regulated market. .Informationon registration of securities will be provided in the form of a KDPWmessage.
