Issuanceof series 1P/2020 bonds

TheManagement Board of Echo Investment S.A. (the "Issuer")hereby reports that today the Issuer issues ordinary bearer coupon bondsin the total amount of PLN 100,000,000. The nominal value and the issueprice of one bond is PLN 10,000. The bonds will be issued for a periodending on 5 August 2024. The interest rate on the bonds was determinedbased on the variable WIBOR 6M rate plus profit margin. Interestearnings will be disbursed in 6-month intervals. The bonds will beredeemed on the redemption date at their nominal value. The issued bondsare not secured. The bonds will be introduced to trading on thealternative trading system organised by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GiełdaPapierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.).
