Change of the date of publication of the interim consolidatedsemi-annual report for the first half of 2020.TheManagement Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza EFEKT S.A. with itsregistered office in Kraków, (hereinafter: the "Issuer" "Company"), withreference to the current report No. 3/2020 of January 30, 2020 on theschedule for submitting periodic reports in 2020, informs about thechange of the date of publication interim consolidated report for thefirst half of 2020 containing condensed separate financial information.Dateof publishing the above-mentioned of the report was originally specifiedas of August 31, 2020.Thenew date of publication of the consolidated interim report for the firsthalf of 2020 containing the condensed separate financial information isSeptember 28, 2020.Theremaining dates and information indicated in the current report No.3/2020 do not change as of today.Detailedlegal basis:§21clause 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on thedetermination of other deadlines for the performance of certainreporting and information obligations of April 7, 2020 (Journal of Lawsof 2020, item 622) in connection with from § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulationof the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and the conditions forrecognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state.
