Information on the change of rights attached to theIssuer's securities in KDPWThe ManagementBoard of Korporacja Gospodarcza "effect" S.A. with its registered officein Kraków (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Issuer")informs, with reference to the ESPI 32/2020 report, informs that theNational Depository for Securities (KDPW) on October 2, 2020 carried outconversions in the deposit system 72 775 (seventy two thousand sevenhundred seventy five) series AA registered shares with voting rights forbearer shares and 1,680 (one thousand six hundred and eighty) series DDordinary registered shares for ordinary bearer shares, based on thedeclaration of the National Depository for Securities of September 28,2020 on the registration of shares under the new code. The declarationof the National Depository for Securities and the registration of theshares under the new codes were made at the request of the Issuer uponapproval for the Series AA shares of the Issue Sponsor.Conversionperformed by the Issuer's Management Boardof 72,775series AA registered shares into bearer shares and 1,680 (one thousandsix hundred and eighty) series DD ordinary registered shares intoordinary bearer shares pursuant to § 3 sec. 4 of the Company's Articlesof Association, the conversion of AA series registered shares resultedin the loss of the voting preference for these shares.Priorto the conversion, the AA series shares were privileged in such a waythat one share gave the right to five votes at the General Meeting ofShareholders of the Company.The totalnumber of votes from all shares issued by the Company after theconversion is 5,296,850, instead of the current 5,587,950 votes.
