The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. herebyreports quarterly information on number of apartments sold and handedover by Echo Investment Group.
Preliminary sales contracts concluded
- 450 contracts concluded in Q3 2020, compared to 296contracts concluded in Q3 2019;
- 1103 contracts concluded in 2020 so far, comparedto 939 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2019.
Number of units handed over to clients
- 301 apartments handed over in Q3 2020, compared to514 apartments handed over in Q3 2019;
- 713 apartments handed over in 2020 so far, comparedto 591 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2019.
