TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. with its seat in Warsaw(hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Issuer") hereby submitsPublication of the AFORTI Capital Group operating and sales estimatesfor February 2021.1)Currency exchange on online platformsThevalue of turnover on the currency exchange platform in February 2021amounted to approximatelyPLN 259,234thousand and was 155.68 % higher than in the same period of the previousyear.

Ona cumulative basis, after two months of 2021, the total value ofturnover on the foreign exchange platform reached PLN 500,946 thousand,an increase of 145.22% year-on-year.

2)Recovery ordersThenominal value of recovery orders in February 2021 was approximately PLN75,777 thousand. This represents an increase of 138.03 % compared to thesame period of the previous year.

Cumulatively,after two months of 2021, the nominal value of collection orders reachedPLN 122,607 thousand, an increase of 145.15 % year-on-year.

3)Debt claims financedInFebruary 2021, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factoramounted to approximatelyPLN 937 thousandand was 59.47 % lower than in the same period of the previous year.

Cumulatively,after two months of the current year, AFORTI Factor financed a total ofPLN 1,695 thousand of receivables, recording a reduction of 60.36 %year-on-year.

4)Total salesInFebruary 2021, total sales in the AFORTI Capital Group amounted toapproximately EUR 75.67 million, an increase of 132.51 % year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after two months of 2021, total sales in the AFORTICapital Group reached EUR 140.28 million, an increase of 129.14 %year-on-year.

5)Total number of customersInFebruary 2021, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Capital Groupwas 5,999.
