Changeof publication date of Annual reports.TheManagement Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza EFEKT S.A.withits registered office in Kraków, (hereinafter: "the Issuer" "theCompany"), in relation to the current report No. 2/2021 of 28 January2021 No., 4/2021 of 31 March 2021 and No. 5/2021of 9 April 2021, on theschedule for the transmission of periodic reports in 2021, shall makepublic the change in the dates of publication of reports: individual andconsolidated annual report for 2020.Updateddates of publication of the indicated reports were fixed:individual& consolidated annual report for 2020 as at 22 April 2021,Thenew deadlines for the submission of the interim reports referred toabove are:-individual and consolidated annual report 2020 - 26 April 2021.Theremaining dates and information indicated in current report No 2/2021are unchanged as of today.Detailed legal basis:§80 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
