Change of the date of publication of the financial statements for Q1 2021

With reference to the current report No. 2/2021 dated 18 January 2021,the Management Board of mBank S.A. informs about the change of the dateof publication of the mBank S.A. Group IFRS Condensed ConsolidatedFinancial Statements for the first quarter of 2021 ("financialstatements"). The financial statements for the first quarter of 2021will be published on 29 April 2021 instead of 5 May 2021.
