Adoptionof a resolution on the distribution of profit and dividend payment for2020TheManagement Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza "Efekt" S.A. with itsregistered office in Kraków (hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer)announces to the public that on June 29, 2021 the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of Shareholders of Korporacja Gospodarcza "Efekt" S.A.(hereinafter: the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders) adoptedResolution No. 8 on the distribution of profit for the financial yearended December 31, 2020. The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholdersdecided to allocate the amount of PLN 250,526.00 (two hundred and fiftythousand five hundred and twenty-six zlotys zero grosz) for the paymentof dividends. The dividend per one ordinary share is PLN 0.05 (gross),the dividend per one preference share pursuant to § 3 sec. 2 of theCompany's Articles of Association is 20% (twenty percent) higher thanthe dividend paid on non-privileged shares.Thedividend date was set for July 8, 2021 and the Ordinary General Meetingof Shareholders indicated the dividend payment date as July 22, 2021.Legalbasis:19paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the law of a non-member state.
