Admission of 1,357 newly issued mBank S.A. shares to trading on theWarsaw Stock Exchange Main Market and the date of their first quotation
The Management Board of mBank S.A. in Warsaw (Bank) announces that byresolution no. 1289/2021 of 16 December 2021 the Management Board ofGiełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange)admitted 1,357 ordinary bearer shares of the Bank with nominal value ofPLN 4.00 per share to trading on the stock market and decided that theywould be traded on the primary stock market starting from 21 December2021.
The aforementioned shares were issued based on:
- Resolution No. 21 of the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Bank dated14 March 2008 on issuing bonds with pre-emptive right to take up sharesof mBank S.A., and on the conditional increase of the share capitalthrough issue of shares with exclusion of the pre-emptive right of theexisting shareholders in order to enable the participants of theincentive programme to take up the mBank S.A. shares, and on applyingfor admission of the shares to trading on the regulated market, and ondematerialization of the shares.
- Resolution No. 3 of the 16th Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bankdated 27 October 2008 on issuing bonds with pre-emptive right to take upshares of mBank S.A. and conditional share capital increase by way ofissuing shares with exclusion of the pre-emptive right of theexistingshareholders in order to enable the participants of the employeeincentive programme to take up the Bank's shares, and on application foradmission of the shares to trading on the regulated market, and ondematerialization of the shares.
The aforementioned shares of mBank S.A. will start trading on 21December 2021, provided that the Central Securities Depository of Poland(KDPW) registers these shares and assigns the code PLBRE0000012 to themon 21 December 2021.
