Conclusion of a significant Agreement by the Issuer.TheManagement Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza _quot;Efekt_quot; S.A. with itsregistered office in Kraków (hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer)announces to the public that on December 22, 2021, the Issuer concludeda conditional sale agreement before a notary in the form of a notarialdeed with the Seller, which is not an entity related to entities fromthe Issuer's Capital Group, on the basis of which, provided that theentitled person - the City of Łódź - is not exercised by him underResolution No. XXV / 589/16 of the City Council of Łódź of February 10,2016. on the designation of a degraded area and revitalization area of_#8203;_#8203;the city of Łódź (Article 109 (1) (4A) of the provisions of the Act ofAugust 21, 1997 on real estate management (Journal of Laws of 2021, item1899), pre-emptive rights, Seller will sell The Issuer has the right ofperpetual usufruct of the developed land at Zachodnia Street No. 109 inŁódź, with an area of _#8203;_#8203;814 m2, and the ownership title to an office andservice building situated on this land, constituting an object ofownership separate from the land.The sale price for theobject of sale marked in this way, taking into account its legalcondition and the technical condition of the building and equipmentrelated to the real estate, was agreed between the parties at PLN4,100,472.88 and will be paid before the conclusion of the TransferAgreement to the bank account of the seller.The handover of the realestate which is the subject of the sale will take place no later thanwithin 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the Transfer Agreement.
