Re: Greater than 5% ownership in IFIRMA SA (IFI: London)
We are writing this letter to comply with our obligation to notify both the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA) and IFIRMA that on 20 January 2022, Ark Global Emerging Companies, LP, a fund managed by Seven Canyons Advisors, LLC, exceeded the 5% reporting threshold when it purchased an additional 4,571 shares of IFIRMA SA (IFI: London). Through the 20 January purchase and subsequent purchases, Ark Global Emerging Companies, LP now owns 436,079 shares or 5.19% of the outstanding voting shares. There are 8,235,000 outstanding voting shares of IFIRMA SA.
