Information on an action to set aside or annul the resolutionof the general meeting and on issuing a judgment by the court in thecase.The Management Board of KorporacjaGospodarcza _quot;Efekt_quot; S.A. with its registered office in Kraków(hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer), in reference to the publicinformation provided by the Issuer on page 27 of the periodic report forthe first half of 2020 published on September 28, 2020 and in subsequentperiodic reports of the Issuer, announces to the public that theDistrict Court in Krakow, by the judgment of August 16, 2021, issued inthe case with reference number Act IX GC 710/20 on the action of theIssuer's shareholders against the Issuer annulled the resolution of theextraordinary general meeting of the Issuer on July 2, 2020 marked withnumber 3 on the increase of the Issuer's share capital through the issueof series FF shares with the subscription right of the existingshareholders, recorded by the notary public Klaudia Najdowska bynotarial deed A No. 3248/2020, the adoption of which was announced bythe Issuer in the current report No. 29/2020 of July 3, 2020.Theissuer, disagreeing with this verdict, appealed against it, andtherefore the verdict is not final.However, dueto the fact that the claim in this case was secured by the Court bysuspending the enforceability of this resolution, about which the Issuerinformed in the above-mentioned periodic reports, due to the expiry ofthe period provided for in Art. 431 § 4 of the Commercial Companies Codeto submit a resolution to increase the capital to the registry court,the increase of the Issuer's share capital by way of the issue of seriesFF shares will not take place.Legal basis:
