Changeof publication date of periodic reports.TheManagement Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza EFEKT S.A.withits registered office in Kraków, (hereinafter: _quot;the Issuer_quot; _quot;theCompany_quot;), in relation to the current report No. 2/2022 of 31 January2022 on the schedule for the transmission of periodic reports in 2022,shall make public the change in the dates of publication of reports:individual and consolidated annual report for 2021.Originally,the dates of publication of the indicated reports were fixed:individual_amp; consolidated annual report for 2021 as at 31 March 2022,Thenew deadlines for the submission of the interim reports referred toabove are:-individual and consolidated annual report 2021 - 11 April 2022.Theremaining dates and information indicated in current report No 2/2022are unchanged as of today.Detailedlegal basis:§80 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
