Costs of legal risk related to foreign currency loans
The Management Board of mBank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) informs that in connectionwith the decision taken on April 12, 2022 by the Bank, the costs oflegal risk related to foreign currency loans in CHF recognized in Q12022, amounted to PLN 192.7 million. These costs result mainly fromrecognition of costs of final verdicts and change of average loss rate.
At the same time, the Bank informs that the net result achieved by mBankGroup in Q1 2022 was positive.
