Ovostar Union Public Company Limited (WSE: OVO) (further referred to as "Company"), a vertically integrated holding company, one of the leading egg and egg products producer in Ukraine, informs that due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine launched by the Russian armed forces on 24 February 2022 and subsequent enforcement of Martial Law in the country, the Company will postpone publication of the audited Annual report for the year ended 31 December 2021 until further notice.
