Ovostar Union Public Company Limited (WSE: OVO) (further referred to as "Company") informs that on 29 September 2023 its majority shareholder Prime One Capital Limited sold 120,000 shares at PLN 70.00 per share, thereby decreasing the total shareholding of Prime One Capital from 4 076 046 shares to 3 956 046 shares (or from 67,93% to 65,93% of total outstanding shares, respectively).
