Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders-correction of the content of the resolution (adjustment).Actingin accordance with § 15 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities [Journal of Laws No. 2018 item 757] TheManagement Board of the Economic Corporation _quot;Efekt_quot; S.A. based inKrakow (hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;, _quot;the Issuer_quot;) hereby announces tothe public the correction of the content of the resolution No. 4 adoptedby the Company's Shareholders by voting in separate groups on May 16,2022, which was published in the current ESPI report No. 8 / 2022 on May16, 2022. The shareholders modified the content proposed in theattachment to the announcement on convening the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of shareholders by changing the wording of § 2 to thisresolution, at the same time the current wording of § 2 was given no. 3,i.e. it was moved to § 3 of this resolution.
