Initiation to sale of residential premises carried out as part of adevelopment project carried out by a subsidiary of the Issuer

The Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. (hereinafter: the _quot;Issuer_quot;,_quot;Company_quot;) with its registered office in Wrocław, announces to thepublic that on June 30, 2022, a subsidiary of the Issuer, ie SolarisHouse Sp. z o.o. launched for sale residential premises as part of adevelopment project carried out on the property at ul. Wydawnicza 6 inŁódź, covered by the land and mortgage register with the number LD1M /00181376/2.The company Solaris House Sp. z o.o. on June 30, 2022,concluded the first development contract, the subject of which is theobligation to build and transfer to the buyer - the ownership right to adwelling on the indicated real estate. A development project carried outby a subsidiary of the Issuer, ie Solaris House Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter:Investor), under which the Issuer carries out development activitiesand, therefore, brought to the subsidiary an organized part of theenterprise described in the current report no. / in the property at ul.Wydawnicza 6 in Łódź, 457 apartments and 11 commercial premises with atotal usable floor space of 28,215.6 sq m and usable floor space forservices of 2,942.3 sq m. Additionally, the construction of 504 parkingspaces is planned in the above-mentioned investment. The plannedinvestment is characterized by a high level of profitability, which willallow the Investor to achieve greater profit on the sale of apartments.
