Preliminarysales contracts concluded

-324 contracts concluded in_#160;Q2 2022 (out of which 198 premises ofArchicom S.A. Group), compared to_#160;920 contracts concluded in_#160;Q2_#160;2021.

-1,027 contracts concluded in_#160;2022 so far(outof which 532 premises of Archicom S.A. Group),compared to_#160;1,719 contracts concluded in_#160;corresponding period of_#160;2021.

Numberof_#160;premises handed over to_#160;clients

-356 premises handed over in_#160;Q2 2022 (out of which 100 premises ofArchicom S.A. Group), compared to_#160;549 premises handed over in_#160;Q1_#160;2021.

-756 apartments handed over in 2022 so far (out of which 382 premises ofArchicom S.A. Group), compared to 875 apartments handed over incorresponding period of 2021.

Theabove data includes apartments and service premises sold and handed overto customers by Archicom S.A. group.

Apartment for rent segmentresults

- 593 apartments for rent intwo projects started in_#160;H1 2022, compared to_#160;731 apartments in twoprojects startedin corresponding period of2021,

- 149 apartments for rent inone project handed over to_#160;Resi4Rent group companies in_#160;H1 2021,compared to_#160;672 apartments in two projects handed overincorresponding period of 2021.
