Withdrawalfrom the Investment Agreement

TheManagement Board of Aforti Holding S.A., with its registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter: the _quot;Issuer_quot;), in reference to the current reportRB ESPI 11/2022 concerning the conclusion of an Investment Agreement(hereinafter: the _quot;Agreement_quot;) with the shareholders of For-Net S.A.with its registered office in Cracow, and with reference to the currentreport RB ESPI 14/2022 on the fulfillment of further conditions of theAgreement, informs that the Issuer and its subsidiary Aforti CollectionsS.A. received today a statement of withdrawal of one of the partiesrepresenting 7.15% of the investment agreement from the InvestmentAgreement. The Issuer and its subsidiary Aforti Collections S.A. are ofthe opinion that the statement in question is legally defective.

Atthe same time, the Issuer and its subsidiary Aforti Collections S.A.called on the parties to the Agreement to return the funds paid inconnection with the Agreement by July 19, 2022. If the funds are notreturned by July 19, 2022. the Issuer and its subsidiary AfortiCollections S.A. proposed an alternative solution of terminating theAgreement and repaying the remaining parties to the Agreement whilecontinuing to remain the sole owner of For-Net S.A. through itssubsidiary Aforti Collections S.A.
