Theestimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group -July2022

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for July 2022.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in July 2022 amounted toapproximately PLN489.94million and was21.22%highercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after seven months of 2022, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN2_#160;901.78million, representing ayear-on-year increase of17.80%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in July 2022 amounted to approximatelyPLN211.72million and was488.31% higheryear-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after seven months of 2022, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN608.95million,registering a year-on-year increase of38.17%.

3)Debt claims financed

InJuly 2022, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factor amountedto approximately PLN0.19million and was down65.50%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after seven months of the current year AFORTI Factorfinanced a total of approx. PLN2.49million ofreceivables, recording a reduction of66.85% year-on-year.

4)Total sales

InJuly 2022, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximately EUR167.33_#160;million,up72.35%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after seven months of 2022, the total value of salesin the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR837,60million, anincrease of29.75% year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InJuly 2022, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.033and was10.18% higher than in thesame period of the previous year.
