Correctionof the current report ESPI 23/2022 concerning the operational and salesestimates of the AFORTI Group - August 2020.

ManagementBoard of AFORTI Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(hereinafter: the _quot;Company_quot; _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby announces to the public thecorrection of the current report ESPI 23/2022 regarding the estimatedoperating and sales data of the AFORTI Group for August 2022. Thewriting error occurred in the content of the ESPI current report23/2022, in sections 1), 2), and 4) regarding estimated financial datain the field of currency exchange, debt collection orders, and totalsales of the AFORTI Capital Group, as well as in Annex 1 to the currentreport ESPI 23/2022 in the tables on Aforti Exchange, Aforti Collectionsand the AFORTI Capital Group. Other information remained unchanged.Below we present the content of the report after taking into account thecorrection:

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in August 2022 amountedto approximately PLN477.16million and was21.90%highercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after eight months of 2022, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN3378.94million,representing a year-on-year increase of19.16%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in August 2022 amounted toapproximately PLN105.77million and was149.71% higheryear-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after eight months of 2022, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN719.32million,registering a year-on-year increase of48.91%.

3)Debt claims financed

InAugust 2022, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factor amountedto approximately PLN0.21million and was down28.68%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after eight months of the current year AFORTI Factorfinanced a total of approx. PLN2.69million ofreceivables, recording a reduction of65.43% year-on-year.

4)Total sales

InAugust 2022, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR139.03_#160;million,up44.19%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after eight months of 2022, the total value of salesin the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR977.72million, anincrease of31.78% year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InAugust 2022, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.137and was10.87% higher than in thesame period of the previous year.
