Theestimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group -September2022

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for September 2022.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in September 2022amounted to approximately PLN542.45million and was1.96%highercompared to the same period of the previous year.Ona cumulative basis, after nine months of 2022, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN3_#160;921.39million, representing ayear-on-year increase of14.42%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in September 2022 amounted toapproximately PLN86.13million and was6,97% loweryear-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after nine months of 2022, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN805.58million,registering a year-on-year increase of39.94%.

3)Debt claims financed

InSeptember 2022, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factoramounted to approximately PLN0.53million and was up102.63%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after nine months of the current year AFORTI Factorfinanced a total of approx. PLN3.22million ofreceivables, recording a reduction of60.00% year-on-year.

4)Total sales

InSeptember 2022, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted toapproximately EUR149.99_#160;million,up9.50%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after nine months of 2022, the total value of salesin the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR1 127,74million,an increase of28.31% year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InSeptember 2022, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.186and was10.84% higher than in thesame period of the previous year.
